Casa Llerandi
In 2016, I led a workshop in collaboration with By Me, Kids Products and the cultural house Casa Llerandi, where I taught children to create art using modeling clay. They then transformed their artwork into products, such as puzzles or socks, by printing their designs onto the items.
Sophos
In 2018, I held a workshop at SOPHOS Library and Editorial, where I had the opportunity to promote reading among young children by connecting with book characters through art, using modeling clay and sculpture techniques.
InsideArt
Since November 2023, I have been working as an art teacher with young children at InsideArt, an art school in Guatemala City. Here, we encourage exploration and creativity by allowing the kids to experiment and develop their own ideas. I believe art is a crucial skill to develop, especially at a young age. Whether they become professional artists or not, children learn how to communicate and connect with their feelings through art. This helps them become calmer individuals, which often leads to more patient and diligent adults.
